Introducing our newest FlexSorter-S and FlexPlanter-S

For years, TTA-ISO has set the benchmark for fully automated young-plant sorting and transplanting, not because we follow the market, but because it is one of the things we know best.

With a massive installed base, experience is a given fact and delivers value to all our customers. That is why we are proud to reveal our newest machines: the FlexSorter-S and the FlexPlanter-S.

With new gripper motors, a faster Pick & Place Unit, and a new machine control system, the FlexSorter-S now processes up to 20,000 plugs per hour, while the FlexPlanter-S processes up to 30,000 plugs per hour.

The new FlexSorter-S and FlexPlanter-S are more accurate thanks to our optional Deep Learning Vision software. The FlexSorter-S sorts plugs up to four grades, while the FlexPlanter-S makes a yes/no selection during transplanting. Both are built for the reliability and precision growers expect from TTA-ISO.

These are not just the next FlexSorter or FlexPlanter. These machines set a new benchmark in fully automated sorting and transplanting. Already installed and up and running at several growers.
