Zwettulips is one of the world’s largest tulip growers. Based in Rijsenhout, the Netherlands, the company supplies flowers to markets around the world.
With nine TTA-ISO BulbPlanters operating across two different setups, Zwettulips can process up to 100,000 bulbs per hour.
As a large global exporter, Zwettulips requires automation to keep up with its operations. That is why they use nine TTA-ISO BulbPlanters, divided between two production areas at their Rijsenhout facility.
The BulbPlanters operate alongside the company’s existing equipment, showing how TTA-ISO solutions can be integrated in a large-scale production facility. Together, the setups help Zwettulips to increase throughput, reduce labor costs, and automate the bulb-planting process.
