Description
The MidiVision is a selection system that allows you to check a tray from the top for the presence of sufficient green leaves. It does so with our in-house developed imaging system.
When plants are infed into the machine, our imaging systems check the trays from above. For this to be effective, plants should not be too large and should not cover the cells of neighboring plants. According to the selection result, plant grippers will only pick up classified plants. Empty plugs will remain in the tray.
By using our imaging system, the number of transplanted plants per step is now dynamic. As a result, the destination conveyor belt is adapted according to the number of transplanted plants.
