The TLF is a loader for trays and/or flats on trolleys.
Description
The TLF is a loader for trays and/or flats on trolleys. A mobile table or trolley is positioned underneath the TLF.
At the same time, flats/trays are placed through a buffer belt and a stepper belt combination. When sufficient flats/trays are positioned, the conveyor belt will tilt, and a slider bar will push the flats/trays on the mobile table or trolley.
The declining movement is smooth since a tilted plate guides the trays/flats. During loading, the mobile table or trolley is automatically advanced to a distance matching the size of the flat/tray.
