HarvAI®: A breakthrough in automated tomato harvesting

Recently, TTA‑ISO proudly introduced HarvAI®—a groundbreaking harvesting robot designed specifically for the tomato industry. HarvAI® combines advanced artificial intelligence, 3D navigation, and precise vine tracking to detect ripeness and ensure optimal picking of A-class tomatoes.

HarvAI® has a cycle time of up to 450 vines per hour. With the ability for one operator to manage up to six robots, it delivers maximum efficiency. The robot can be seamlessly integrated into existing greenhouse infrastructure. With minimal human interaction and automatic disinfection, the robot maintains high hygienic standards throughout the entire harvesting process.

HarvAI® operates in greenhouse conditions, with temperatures ranging from 10°C to 40°C and relative humidity between 75% and 90%. It also collects valuable crop performance data, helping growers make informed decisions.
