TTA-ISO acquires R2 Systems

TTA-ISO, a supplier of high-tech industrial machines for protected horticulture, officially acquired the operations and staff of R2 Systems (industrial automation) as of June 1, 2022. The company will continue under the name TTA-ISO North Holland.

The acquisition supports TTA-ISO’s goal of providing local service in North Holland, a key market for its TTA-ISO Bulb Planting System. TTA-ISO North Holland will also offer service and support for TTA-ISO’s planting machines and cutting planters in the region.

TTA-ISO North Holland will retain its own product portfolio and remain a specialist in logistical solutions, including supply and discharge systems for various machines. By the end of this year, it will move into a new facility in De Goorn.

In 2023, we especially expect a large number of bulb planting machines to be operational in the region. Local service capability is essential.”
