TTA-ISO High Speed Grafter nominated for GreenTech Innovation Award

Each year, the prestigious Innovation & Concept Award nominees are announced in the lead-up to GreenTech. This year, TTA-ISO’s High Speed Grafter has been nominated in the Innovation category. As the world’s first fully automatic grafting machine, it delivers an impressive 4,000 consistent, high-quality plants per hour—all operated by just one person. These numbers speak for themselves, making this nomination well-deserved.

Globally, over 10 billion plants are grafted yearly—a highly labor-intensive process requiring extreme precision. Meanwhile, the horticultural sector faces increasingly strict regulations, especially around crop protection. This drives the demand for more disease-resistant plants, while labor becomes ever scarcer. In response, TTA-ISO developed the High Speed Grafter—an innovative answer to some of the industry's toughest challenges. It's a prime example of TTA-ISO’s mission: automating even the most complex processes through cutting-edge technology. And it’s the only machine of its kind in the world.

Higher quality and stronger plants
The TTA-ISO High Speed Grafter marks a true revolution in grafting. Where human hands and judgment were once essential, this process is now fully automated. With just one operator, the machine can produce up to 4,000 grafted plants per hour, all with consistent quality. This is largely thanks to the integration of Vision AI technology, which handles plant selection and quality control. Once manual tasks are now done by AI, the plants will have much higher finishing quality and stronger plants.
