The FlexPlanter is a unique transplanter that combines transplanting and selection into one simple step.
Description
The FlexPlanter is a fully automatic transplanting machine, designed for transplanting and selecting young plants. It is equipped with the PlantVision system, which ensures that only qualified plants are transplanted.
The FlexPlanter extracts plants from the donor tray using our in-house developed plant grippers, supported by a pusher pin system from below.
The plant grippers provide enough space around each plant, allowing the built-in imaging system to accurately evaluate plant quality. Qualified plants are transplanted into the destination tray, while non-qualified plants are discharged onto a waste belt. Both the machine and the imaging system feature an intuitive user interface with built-in self-diagnosis.
The FlexPlanter is the ideal choice for nurseries that propagate their own young plants and want to reduce labour costs while improving uniformity and quality.
